Second PRS 2012 Ride - Hell's Gate Sat Jul 7
#41
Thanks for making the Hells Gate ride a success today, and glad to hear everyone made it safely. Special thanks to Elizabeth of Elvis Rocks The Canyon who took care of the large group! Guess they did not expect we could raise that many riders up to their little spot, but they did their best to accommodate everyone. See you all at the next ride!

@Johny Bone Cracker - Yea, sorry, we did let them know Friday night! They seem to not believe me I think.. same for last ride.... I'll change something up for the next ride. Smile

By the way, besides soaking my t-shirt, has anyone come across a way to keep cool while wearing riding leathers? Look-Cool-Factor aside, today made for a really warm ride. LOL

It won't keep you cooler but it will keep you more comfortable. Wear a polyester base layer to wick away the sweat. Any brand of Dri-fit

As an alternative, we could always go a little further North to Boston Bar where there are a couple of more options to explore.

Or even FURTHER North to Lytton, as a set up to the Duffey Lake Loop (or whatever it's called) through Lillooet.

A very experienced rider introduced me to this last summer.

Swears by it under perforated leathers.
