PRS Group Ride – Monday Aug 1, 2011 to Mission Raceways
PRS GROUP RIDE – A group of us will be leaving from Pacific Riding School at 9am if you would like to join in for the ride. We will be leaving on time so that we can make it to Mission Raceway before 10:30am. We don’t want to miss any of great things going on that day.
TRACK WALK – The Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club would like to invite you to Mission Raceway Park for a day of racing this holiday Monday (August 1st)! On top of the race action we will have a special track walk lead by Bernie Ryan. Do not miss our “Taste of Racing” where you can ride your bike on our track and get first-hand experience following a seasoned racer. Visit the race pits and meet the racers. We love to talk bikes so come on by and say hello!
Adults are $10 at the gate, kids under 10 are free. Food and refreshments are available at the concession. Prepare for a great day outside!!
At lunch, anyone who would like to join us will get to walk around Mission Raceway while the riders rest up and get ready for an afternoon of Superbike and Supersport racing. We will see all the back sections not seen from the stands, and I’ll explain racing lines and strategies.
I am inviting my friends from BC Children’s Hospital and Big Brothers, but everyone, especially kids are welcome to join us. It’s free with admission (only $10 for adults), and water will be provided for the walk.
