Sat - 10am to 9pm
Sun - 10am t0 5pm

Okay, a few things come to mind which the PRS crew and I thought all students might want to know….

It’s cold out, roads and tires alike! That means if you’re still riding, grip is very poor in these conditions. Add to that wet leaves that are hard to see and you have some of the worst riding conditions of the year. Slow down, use a clear clean visor, and use your head!

In these conditions, mint tires are required. If you’re trying to squeeze the last dollar out of your tires (new ones in the spring syndrome!), it’s time to park the bike.

Don’t just park it! No work now = lots more work, and maybe money wasted in the spring. Mark will get Rose to post up my storage notes. Normally just for my PRSMechanic students, but we want to help those that couldn’t make the Maintenance 101 course (silly you, what were you thinking?!!) The storage class was on the 24th, but I might squeeze in another in a few weeks if there’s interest. Otherwise, check out the PRS site in a few days, or just find some notes on-line. There’s an at-home storage service available for PRS students, let me know if you’re interested.

If you missed signing up for any of our maintenance courses, we can put you on the list for next year, just send me a request.

See you at the bike show!

Download the notes here.

Thanks
